Commitment to accessibility
The League of Minnesota Cities is committed to ensuring that our website and mobile applications are accessible to all individuals. We continually strive to meet and exceed the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (as amended) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at the A or AA level established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). We also aim to provide a seamless experience for users on both desktop and mobile devices.
The League is in the process of assessing the accessibility of our website and electronically available documents to establish a plan to comply with and follow best practices set forth in website accessibility standards of WCAG 2.1 AA as adopted by Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act. These guidelines help make web content more accessible to a wider range of people with disabilities.
Links to external publications and websites
